What materials are used in barestone pottery?
We use a cone 6 clay from a local clay supplier. All of our pottery is glazed with our uniquely formulated lead-free non-toxic glaze.
Do you have any other colors?
We are currently working to formulate new lines of glaze. Subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when new Bare Stone items are available.
Is the pottery dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes! All of our pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe, however our pots may retain some heat when used in the microwave.
When will my package ship?
We strive to keep a stocked inventory of all products which ship within 3-5 business days. However, because all of our pottery is handmade by a single potter in small batches, in some cases our pottery is made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for pottery to be made prior to shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently have checkout options for Canada and the United States. Please contact us for overseas shipping estimates.
My item is broken/defective, can I exchange it?
Of course! If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will happily work with you to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 14 business days, along with photos of the damaged/defective item.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Can I return my item?
At Bare Stone we take great pride in knowing that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 14 business days. We will happily work with you to find a suitable exchange or store credit, however we cannot offer refunds. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
